Q: How to choose the size for a dress?
A: The details page includes a size chart (with bust size, waist size, and skirt length), and it is recommended to measure your own size and compare; styles labeled as "loose fit" or "fitted fit" can be noted and you can consult the customer service for recommendations based on height and weight.
Q: Can the size be exchanged if it doesn't fit?
A: Within 15 days of signing for the order, if the product is brand new, the tag is intact, you can apply for a return. Quality issues are covered by our shipping costs, while personal reasons require you to pay the return shipping cost.
II. About Fabric and Care
Q: What types of fabric are there for dresses? How to care for them?
A: The main fabrics include cotton (breathable, machine washable in cold water), chiffon (gentle, avoid machine washing and wringing), and silk (suggest dry cleaning and low-temperature ironing), with detailed care instructions attached to the water washing label.
Q: Will it deform or fade after washing?
A: The first cold water wash may cause a slight shrinkage (within 3% is normal), for dark-colored dresses, it is recommended to wash on the reverse side separately, avoid direct sunlight, and reduce fading and deformation.

Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order? Where can it be delivered?
A: For in-stock orders, it will be dispatched within 24 hours. It will be sent from the nearest warehouse in the US or overseas warehouse. It can be delivered to 100+ countries worldwide. In regions close to the warehouse, it will arrive within 3-5 days.
Q: How to check the logistics?
A: After shipment, a tracking number email will be sent. You can check the progress on the official website under "My Orders" or on the website of the logistics company (DHL/USPS).
IV. About Returns and Refunds
Q: What conditions are required for a return?
A: Within 30 days of signing for the order, if the product is brand new, the tag/packaging is intact, and it does not affect secondary sales, it can be returned. For personal reasons, a 8% handling fee is required for the return.
